HOW CAN I ORDER THE PRODUCTS?
• Enter the section SHOP, select the category and the required product.
• Select the products you wish to purchase (in the grey window on your right side).
• (only for T-Shirts and flip-flops) Click “select your option” to choose your size.
• Click “ADD” to add your items to the basket.
• If you wish to purchase any other product please go back to SHOP otherwise click “Proceed with the purchase”.
• If you are already registered on MaialinoMania enter your name and password then click LOGIN.
• If you enter the website MaialinoMania for the first time, you can create an account, entering your data and click SIGN IN. So it would be much easier and quicker to purchase, to check your orders and to make future orders without entering your data again.
• If you don’t want to sign in click PURCHASE AS HOST
• Then enter your data into the window CUSTOMER ADDRESS
• If you are a company and wish an invoice, please fill in the field “Legal form” and “VAT code“
• It is important to enter the complete delivery address with remarks for the freight forwarder (remarks such as Building 2, section B, internal no. 15), if needed.
• Enter your e-mail address accurately. It is absolutely needed to receive the order confirmation and to track your delivery step by step.
• Don’t forget your phone no.
It is very important for the freight forwarder. He will use it only when needed.
• If the delivery address is the same of the customer, tag the box “To forward to the customer address?” with “V”. If the delivery address is different, don’t tag the box and fill in the delivery data.
How can I pay?
:: Once you made the order and entered customer and delivery data, click “PAYMENT TOOLS”. Here you can find different payment tools (Paypal account, Visa cards, Mastercard, Paypal, Postepay, American Express, Aura).
:: Then click CONTINUE to review the order.
:: Check the ordered items and then click PURCHASE.
You will be linked to the safe payment platform Paypal, worldwide leader in online payments. You purchase easy and quickly by Paypal and you are not required to communicate your credit card data. Info www.paypal.it
:: You can pay your purchased products by VISA, MASTERCARD, POSTEPAY, AURA, AMERICAN EXPRESS, MASTERCARD.

:: Once you receive the DELIVERY CONFIRMATION by e-mail, the order has been forwarded to the freight forwarder Bartolini (BRT) who sends you an e-mail for tracking your package.

Can you track your package?
Yes, of course.
Once you receive the DELIVERY CONFIRMATION, you will receive an e-mail from the freight forwarder Bartolini (BRT) for tracking the package.

How much does it cost the delivery?
:: the delivery charges are already included in the total order amount and are set in € 6,00 for Italy (till a max. weight of 3 kg), but if you purchase goods for a value of € 30,00 you get them FREE delivered!
How much does it take for delivering the package?
Provided the order has been sent within 13.00 p.m. of a business day, the delivery will be carried out by Bartolini (BRT) within 1-3 business days. In case of Calabria, Sicily and Sardinia the delivery takes 2-4 business days.
What about failed or damaged product?
:: If you receive a failed or damaged item, please contact us and proceed with claim. We need your co-operation in this matter:
1. Please make a short description of the problem
2. Take 2 – 3 pictures showing clearly the failure.
3. Mail this documentation to email@example.com
As soon as we receive the claim, we will process it with priority and take care of replacing the product, or sending another product or refunding in the shortest time according to your needs.
What about returns?
:: Goods can be returned only within 10 days after receiving the package; only whole and unused items will be accepted. Please don’t pull up the labels and don’t dirty the goods. If you follow these simple instructions the delivery will be on our charge and you will save time and unpleasant misunderstanding in case of claim for damages.
:: If above mentioned conditions are provided, select the nearest BRT office on the website http://www.brt.it/aiuto-filiali and choose if: (A) you wish to hand out the package at BRT or (B) agree by phone with BRT a pick-up directly at your home or at your office.
Please agree with the freight forwarder BRT the delivery “ex works” and we will be charged with the delivery charges!
